The blogger (like most blog websites) uses "feeds". You can read about them here. But the short story is, you can use a free service, like Google Reader, to subscribe to all the blogs you are interested in and read them all in the same place. They are Jesus Velasquez and Romina Levin. They used to perform in Miguel Angel Zoto's shows. Really awesome dancers.
(I've seen this video sometimes labelled as J. Velasquez and Natasha Poberaj; I'm quite sure she's Romina Levin).
