BUT at the next milonga/practica, I'm going to make the effort not to apologize and just move on. I lose the momentum, the confidence, and instead of enjoying the connection, I tense up and worry about the rest of the tanda. Thanks :)Myrahttp://www.blogger.com/profile/00736255622079078156noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-36650694.post-65466589899304938862008-03-24T15:22:00.000-07:002008-03-24T15:22:00.000-07:00I try to remember to switch my impulse to "I'm sor...I try to remember to switch my impulse to "I'm sorry" into "do that again, will you?" ...it usually works...Red shoeshttp://www.blogger.com/profile/14826132596078871131noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-36650694.post-71688631457714781012008-03-10T10:01:00.000-07:002008-03-10T10:01:00.000-07:00Hmmm ...though I can kind of see your point, it's ...Hmmm ...though I can kind of see your point, it's not enough to convince me. There are MANY other, far more annoying tango habits and bad etiquette so let's not rant about the one that mostly nice people possess. They usually can't turn off being polite or apologetic just because it's a dance setting. At least I don't think that most do it out of coyness.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-36650694.post-10576714237449709302008-03-02T22:01:00.000-08:002008-03-02T22:01:00.000-08:00Oh Sorin sorry, I'll try to shut up next time, sor...Oh Sorin sorry, I'll try to shut up next time, sorry dude. This is going to be a difficult habit to suppress. Sorry. Duct tape?Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
